The bad boys of food

To feed each other is to demonstrate our love and affection and a treat makes everything better. A glass of wine after a shitty day, a little chocolate or a wedge of beautiful gooey washed rind cheese because I deserve it.

The beauty of croissants

Nothing says decadent brunch more then a croissant, the flakey buttery sensation in your mouth. The crumbs that cascade over the plate, your lap and down your top as you take the first bite. I prefer mine loaded with brie, fresh tomato and a little sprinkle of salt and pepper… mmmmmm heaven.

Gifts of affection

Every month I am away from home I buy Will a little present, just to let him know that I am thinking of him.  In May I bought him 48 rolls of recycled toilet paper, 6 rolls of forest friendly paper towel and 12 boxes of forest friendly tissues all home delivered from who gives a crap, I felt that…

Missing my family

I am missing my family…. I know that really goes without saying and it is probably really a rather boring sentiment especially when I haven’t even really gone any-were yet. I am only a 1 hour flight away from home, Monday – Thursday I live the single life then Friday, Sat and Sunday night I get to climb…
